ART FACTORY: COLLAGE MADNESS EDITION!!!

WEDNESDAY JUNE 3, 7-10PM

Are you the kind of chainsaws club member that no matter what insanity is going on at the studio you gravitate to the big collage table and stay there all night? We love collage art as much as you, and we are excited for our upcoming ALL COLLAGE Art Factory night.

Use our supplies and/or bring your own! We have tons of excellent materials, cutting tools, doodads, whatnots, wtfs and adhesives.

There will be a few specific projects set up for those who need a good creative prompt, but at the Art Factory, we encourage spontaneous creative acts!

            • mail art
            • transform objects (boxes, vases, jars etc…)
            • exacto knife drawing
            • misfit stuffie alterations
            • Collage our walls, what? Want to leave a lasting impression at RC? join the crew to large scale collage our recently repaired bathroom stall and newish snack bar surfaces.

This event is free, donations welcomed. Bring your friends! All ages welcome. Popcorn and fizzy water will be popping and flowing.1789 Egbert in SF – call 415-WORD-BUG for updates

Shadow Girls Cult, co-founded in 2018 by Cass Bray & Zane Exactly, is a queer shadow puppetry and projections duo based in Seattle, WA. Their practice involves a unique blend of shadow puppetry and live animation techniques. Using overhead projectors, adapted camera irises, human silhouettes, and other analog technology, they create puppet magic for audiences all over the U.S. They will be presenting their acclaimed new piece “Unraveling”

Happy Accident returns with a new puppet dispatch from our beautiful cultural sewers. In their new show, Everything is Nothing, your favorite Saturday morning super pals take you on another trip through the dark alleys of modern life. Picking up where their last piece-the acclaimed Vol. 1-left off, Everything takes us further into our fractured collective psyche and OH MY it’s a BLAST. liz HOWLS and Drew Simpson pull inspiration from multi-level marketing, health and wellness culture, Mad About You, relentless pharmaceutical commercials and abhorrent technological “advancements” to create a surreal garbage world full of glitches, easy listening and flat, functional lighting. It’s like a trip to the dentist without all of the annoying paperwork and anesthesia.

Let's end 2025 with a party!
